Cave of the Desperate is a sealed dungeon in AION 2, a cave you enter straight from the open world in Verteron on the Elyos side. It has a single entrance, found in Eastern Cantas Valley, so there is only one place to look for it. The recommended level is 10, which makes it an early stop for Elyos characters. Inside, the cave tells the story of Verteron's Guardians: after losing to the Balaur, they retreated here and died in hiding, and their records of a hard-fought clash with the Ishtar Brigade remain behind.
