Deadly Poison Den is a sealed dungeon in AION 2, a cave entered straight from the open world, set deep in a forest overrun with poisonous plants and creatures. It sits in Verteron on the Elyos side, and there is 1 marked spot for it, in Eastern Tolbas Forest, so that is the area to head for. The nearest teleport statue is Aullaeu Village Border, about 130 m from the entrance, so once you arrive it is a short walk to the cave. Clearing the den rewards 15,000 Kina and 1,250 Enhance Stone, along with 2 each of Sealed Wing Featherdown (Bound), Statue Scrap: Day Illusion Wings (Bound), Daevanion Crystal (Bound) and Wisdom Stone (Bound).
