Contaminated Highland Lupyllini is a level 35 creature of Normal rank that roams the open world of Verteron on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can approach and pick your fights without being pulled into unwanted combat. All 8 of its marked spots in Verteron sit in Eastern Altamia Highland, so that is the only area worth heading to when you need them.

Teleport to the Altamia Highland Ruins statue, then walk about 150 m to reach the group. Every kill gives Soul: Decomposed Lupyllini (Bound), and Fresh Raw Meat drops at 4.9% and Raw Leather at 3.9%. Refining Stone comes in at 0.65%, while the Rare Expert's Refining Stone is rarer at 0.16%. Pieces of the Common Riverside set also drop: Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.27%, Helm and Pauldrons at 0.21%, Greaves at 0.18% and Breastplate at 0.13%, so a long session here can slowly fill out that set alongside the crafting materials.
