The Crasaur is a level 49, Normal-rank creature that roams the open world of AION 2, and it does not attack on sight. On the Asmodian side, Altgard, all 17 of its marked spots sit on Immortal Isle, so that is the one area worth heading to. With every spawn gathered in a single place and none of them hostile until you strike first, you can choose when to engage and work through them at your own pace.
