The Crimson Drana Predator is a level 48 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2. It doesn't attack on sight, so you can pick your pulls without being jumped on the way in. All 41 marked spots are on the Elyos side, in Verteron, and every one of them sits on Crimson Isle. That puts the whole population in a single area, which makes it the only place worth heading to.

Refining Stone drops at 0.65% and Expert's Refining Stone, a Rare item, at 0.16%. Pieces from the Forgotten and Riverside sets turn up at between 0.12% and 0.14%. The repeatable Duty quest Crimson Isle: Last Bastion asks for 15 kills and pays Abyss Points x1,000, so it is worth picking up before you start.
