The Crimson Drana Swarm is a level 46 Normal creature on the Elyos side of AION 2, and it does not attack on sight. All 30 of its marked spots in Verteron are on Crimson Isle, so that is where to go when you need them. Because the swarms leave you alone until you strike first, you can choose your targets and clear the island at your own pace.

Raw Leather drops at 3.9%, Refining Stone at 0.65% and the Rare Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Forgotten Gloves, Boots and Cloak each drop at 0.14%, while Riverside Gloves, Boots and Cloak, along with the Forgotten Helm and Forgotten Pauldrons, drop at 0.12%. The repeatable duty Crimson Isle: Source of Danger asks for 20 kills and pays Abyss Points x1,000, so the swarms are worth coming back to.
