The Crimson Fairy is a level 46 creature of Normal rank found in the open world of AION 2. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights and pull them one at a time. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, and all 15 of its marked spots there are on Crimson Isle. That makes the island the only place in the region worth heading to when you need them.

The nearest teleport statue is Crimson Isle Outpost, about 110 m from the spawns, so the walk is short. The repeatable Duty quest Crimson Isle: Source of Danger asks for 20 kills and pays Abyss Points x1,000. Among the drops, Spiritstone is the most common at 3.9%, followed by Refining Stone at 0.65% and the Rare Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Common armour pieces also turn up at low rates, including Forgotten Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.14% each, and Riverside Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.12% each.
