The Crimson Rafflesia is a level 47, Normal-rank creature found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. All 21 of its marked spots are on Crimson Isle, so that is the only area you need to visit to hunt it. It does not attack on sight, so you can move between spawns and choose your fights without picking up extra ones on the way.
