The Draconute Ruins Ranger is a level 25 Normal-rank creature roaming the open world of Altgard, on the Asmodian side. All 10 of its marked spots sit in Uruthumheim, so that is the only area worth heading to when you need one. It does not attack on sight, which means you can move between spawns and pick your fights without being pulled into combat along the way.
