The Draconute Ruins Tinkerer is a level 25 Normal-rank creature found out in the open world, and it does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights rather than having them forced on you. It lives on the Asmodian side in Altgard, and every one of its 22 marked spots sits in Uruthumheim. With the whole population packed into that single area, Uruthumheim is the only place worth heading when you need Tinkerers.
