The Draconute Sentinel is a Normal-rank creature found in the open world of AION 2, ranging from level 32 to 47 and attacking on sight. It appears only in Altgard on the Asmodian side, where every one of its 47 marked spots lies in Dranactus. With the whole population gathered in a single area, there is no reason to hunt for it anywhere else, and the wide level span means you will meet a mix of weaker and tougher Sentinels as you work through the area.
Areas with Draconute Sentinel
| Area | Level | Spawn points |
|---|---|---|
| Dranactus | — | 47 |
The closest teleport statue is Hidden Cave, about 220 m from Dranactus, so the walk in is short. Most trips are for quests: Defiance I and Supply Heist each ask for 20 kills, and Defiance II asks for 25. All three are Duty quests that pay Abyss Points x1,000 and Kina (Bound) x50,000. Festival Preparations: Dranactus II is a repeatable Duty quest needing 15 kills. Drops are a minor bonus, with Refining Stone and Soft Balaur Meat at 0.65%, Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%, and Phantasm and Chaos armour pieces at lower chances.
