The Drakan Patrol Skirmisher is a level 40 Normal creature roaming the open world of Altgard on the Asmodian side, where it has 18 marked spots. Most of those, 15 in all, sit in Eastern Gribade Highland, which makes it the obvious place to hunt them; the remaining 3 are at the Barahta Extermination Unit Outpost. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights and pull them at your own pace.
