The Drakan Patrol Totem is a level 40 open-world creature of Normal rank in AION 2. It is found on the Asmodian side, in Altgard, and all 13 of its marked spots are in Eastern Gribade Highland. With every spawn in that one area, there is no need to search further afield. It does not attack on sight, so you can approach at your own pace rather than being drawn into a fight the moment you arrive.

The nearest teleport statue is Eastern Gribade Highland Cliff, about 150 m from the spots, which makes for a short walk after you land. The trip is for the Episode quest Symbol of Liberation, which needs 1 Drakan Patrol Totem kill. That single kill earns 25,866,929 XP, Kina (Bound) x39,000 and Liberator Gloves x1, so it is worth fitting in while you are working through the Highland.
