The Drakan Warmage is a Normal-rank creature found in the open world of AION 2. It ranges from level 32 to 41 and attacks on sight. On the Elyos side it lives only in Verteron, where all 16 of its marked spots are in the Drana Processing Area, so that is the only place to hunt it. Expect to be pulled into fights as you move through, since any Warmage that sees you will come at you.

Teleport to the Drana Transport Hub statue and walk about 320 m to reach the processing area. Most trips here are for quests. Industrial Sabotage, a Duty, asks for 20 kills and rewards Abyss Points x1,000 and Kina (Bound) x50,000. The repeatable Duty Festival Preparations: Drana Processing Area II also needs 20. Drops are a bonus rather than a reason to farm. Refining Stone and Soft Balaur Meat lead at 0.65% each, Riverside Gloves, Riverside Boots and Riverside Cloak sit at 0.27%, Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%, and Comet Gloves and Comet Boots at 0.08%.
