The Drakan Watcher is a Normal-rank creature found in the open world, ranging from level 32 to 60 and attacking on sight. On the Asmodian side it lives only in Altgard, where all 38 of its marked spots sit in Dranactus. With every spawn in one area, Dranactus is the place to hunt them, and their aggression means you should arrive ready to fight.
