Drana Distorted Spirit is a level 42 Normal creature found in Verteron on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can choose when to pull it. All 27 of its marked spots in Verteron sit in the Drana Processing Area, so that is the only place to look.

Teleport to the Drana Transport Hub, then walk about 170 m to the Drana Processing Area. Spiritstone drops most often at 3.9%, followed by Refining Stone at 0.65%. Common Riverside armour pieces drop at between 0.27% and 0.13%. Rarer finds include Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Comet Gloves and Comet Boots at 0.08% each. Two quests send you here. No More Processing is a Duty quest that needs 20 kills and rewards Abyss Points x1,000 and Kina (Bound) x50,000. Festival Preparations: Drana Processing Area I is a repeatable Duty quest that needs 15 kills.
