The Drana Energy Researcher is a level 45 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it will not attack on sight. On the Elyos side it appears in Verteron, where all 14 marked spots sit inside Nahid Brigade Fortress. That makes the fortress the place to hunt it, since every one of them is grouped in a single area and you can work through them without travelling between zones.

Refining Stone and Soft Balaur Meat each come in at 0.65%, and Expert's Refining Stone drops at 0.16%.
