The Drana Mutant is an open-world creature of level 45–50 that appears in both Elite and Normal ranks and attacks on sight. On the Asmodian side it lives only in Altgard, where all 28 marked spots sit on Immortal Isle, so that island is the one place to hunt it. Come prepared to fight, since any you wander near will turn on you without waiting to be provoked.
