The Drana Mutated Bat is a level 41 creature of Normal rank that roams the open world in Verteron, on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can choose when to engage rather than being pulled into fights as you pass. All 11 of its marked spots in Verteron are in Scarlet Forest, so that is the area to head for if you want to hunt it.
