Eternal Agrint is a level 49 creature of Normal rank found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. All 10 of its marked spots in the region sit on Eternal Isle, so that is the only place worth heading to when you want one. It does not attack on sight, which means you can move between spawns and pick your targets without being pulled into fights you did not choose.

The closest teleport statue is at Aullaeu Village Sky Island, and from there it is a walk of about 1680 m to Eternal Isle. Every kill gives a Soul: Agrint (Bound), and Spiritstone drops at 3.9%. Refining Stone comes in at 0.65%, while the Rare-grade Expert's Refining Stone is much scarcer at 0.16%. The rest is mostly Common gear: Forgotten Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.14% each, with Riverside Gloves, Boots and Cloak, along with Forgotten Helm and Pauldrons, at 0.12%.
