The Eternal Crasaur is a level 49 Normal creature found in the open world, and it will not attack you on sight. In Verteron, on the Elyos side, all 26 of its marked spots are on Eternal Isle, so that is where to go. Because every one of them is in a single area, you can move from one to the next without leaving the island, and since it never starts a fight, you decide when each encounter begins.
