The Eternal Drana Mutant is a level 50 Elite creature in the open world of AION 2, and it attacks on sight, so expect a fight the moment you get close. On the Elyos side it lives only in Verteron, where all 25 of its marked spots sit on Eternal Isle. With every spawn packed into that one area, Eternal Isle is the only place worth heading to when you need to hunt it.
