The Eternal Earth Spirit is a level 51 Normal-rank creature in the open world of AION 2, and it won't attack on sight, so you can pick your fights at your own pace. It lives in Verteron on the Elyos side, and all 13 of its marked spots are on Eternal Isle, which makes the island the only place worth heading to when you need them.

The nearest teleport statue is at Aullaeu Village Sky Island, about 1740 m from Eternal Isle, so expect a fair walk after you arrive. Every kill gives a guaranteed Soul: Lesser Earth Spirit (Bound), and Spiritstone drops at 3.9%. Refining Stone comes in at 0.65% and the Rare Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Pieces from the Forgotten and Riverside sets, such as Forgotten Gloves at 0.14% and Riverside Boots at 0.12%, turn up only now and then. The repeatable duty quest Eternal Isle: Scary Spirits asks for 10 kills and pays Abyss Points x1,000, which makes the island a sensible stop on a regular basis.
