The Eternal Kerubian is a level 49 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it won't attack on sight, so you can pick your fights. All 139 of its marked spots in Verteron, on the Elyos side, are on Eternal Isle, which makes that the only place you need to go. With that many spread across a single area, you rarely have to wait for one to turn up.
