The Eternal Kuru Overseer is a level 50 creature of Normal rank found in the open world, and it attacks on sight, so expect it to come to you once you are close. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, and all 30 of its marked spots are on Eternal Isle. With every spawn in one area, Eternal Isle is the only place worth going to hunt it.

Spiritstone drops at 3.9%, Refining Stone at 0.65% and the Rare Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Forgotten Gloves, Boots and Cloak each drop at 0.14%, while Riverside pieces and the Forgotten Helm and Pauldrons sit at 0.12%. Two repeatable duties also send you here: Eternal Isle: Protect the Daeva needs 15 kills and Eternal Isle: Strengthening Our Position needs 10, and each pays 1,000 Abyss Points.
