The Golden Zaif is a level 40 Normal-rank creature that roams the open world in Altgard, on the Asmodian side. It does not attack on sight, so you can approach it and pick your fights at your own pace. All 19 of its marked spots are in Eastern Gribade Highland, which makes that area the place to go when you want to hunt it.

Area	Level	Spawn points
Eastern Gribade Highland	—	19

The nearest teleport statue is Amunta's Hideout, about 280 m away, so the walk over is short. Every kill guarantees Soul: Aberrant Zaif (Bound). Fresh Raw Meat drops at 4.9% and Raw Leather at 3.9%, while Refining Stone turns up at 0.65% and the Rare-grade Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Pieces of Phantasm armour also drop at low rates: Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.27% each, Helm and Pauldrons at 0.21%, Greaves at 0.18% and Breastplate at 0.13%. Those are long odds, so expect to work through the spots several times if you are after a particular piece.
