The Harsh Kuru Tinkerer is a level 28 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it attacks on sight, so it will come at you once you get close. On the Elyos side it appears in Verteron, where all 18 of its marked spots are in the Forest of Exiles. Since every spawn is in that one area, the forest is the only place to go if you want to hunt it.
