Highland Forest Zaif is a level 35 Normal-rank creature that roams the open world of AION 2 and will not attack on sight, so you can approach and pick your fights at your own pace. It lives on the Elyos side in Verteron, where all 42 of its marked spots sit in Eastern Altamia Highland. With every spawn gathered in that one area, there is no need to search anywhere else when you want to hunt it.

The nearest teleport statue is Ancient Zumion Temple Site, about 230 m from Eastern Altamia Highland, which makes for a short walk to the hunting ground. Every kill gives Soul: Zaif (Bound), a Common item that drops guaranteed. Beyond that, you can expect Fresh Raw Meat at 4.9% and Raw Leather at 3.9%, while a Refining Stone turns up at 0.65%. The Riverside armour set also drops in pieces, with Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.27% each, Helm and Pauldrons at 0.21%, Greaves at 0.18% and Breastplate at 0.13%.
