The Hill Stone Spirit is a level 40 Normal-rank creature in the open world of AION 2, and it won't attack you on sight. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, where all 38 of its marked spots sit along Kraka Footpath. That makes the footpath the one place worth going, and because the spirits leave you alone until you strike, you can work through them at your own pace.

Teleport to Nahid Brigade Fortress Hill, the nearest statue, and walk about 240 m to reach Kraka Footpath. Every kill gives Soul: Stone Spirit (Bound), which is guaranteed. Spiritstone drops at 3.9% and Refining Stone at 0.65%. The Riverside pieces run from 0.27% for the gloves, boots and cloak down through the helm and pauldrons at 0.21% and the greaves at 0.18% to 0.13% for the breastplate. The rarer finds are Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Comet Gloves at 0.08%.
