Kerubar is a level 49 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it does not attack on sight. On the Asmodian side, in Altgard, all 94 of its marked spots are on Immortal Isle, which makes that island the only place to hunt it. Because it leaves you alone until you strike first, you can choose your fights and clear groups at your own pace.

The nearest teleport statue is Remote Island, about 1690 m away, so expect a fair walk before you reach the first Kerubar. Every kill gives Soul: Kerubar (Bound). Spiritstone drops at 3.9%, Refining Stone at 0.65% and Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%, and Shade and Phantasm gloves, boots and cloaks turn up even more rarely. Two repeatable Duty quests, Immortal Isle: Repelling Assault and Immortal Isle: Deal with Local Forces, each ask for 15 kills and pay Abyss Points x1,000, so pick up both before you set out.
