The Kobold Sentry is a level 19 Normal-rank creature in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. All 19 of its marked spots sit in Verteron Fortress Ruins, so that is the only place to go for it. It does not attack on sight, which lets you pick fights at your own pace and clear a group without being swarmed on the way in.
