The Krall Guardian is a level 21 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it doesn't attack on sight, so you can approach on your own terms. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, where all 46 of its marked spots are in Verteron Fortress Ruins. That makes the ruins the only area you need to visit to hunt it.
