The Krall Ranger is a level 21 Normal-rank creature roaming the open world of Verteron on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can approach and pick your fights without being pulled into combat. All 33 marked spots for it in Verteron sit in Verteron Fortress Ruins, which makes the ruins the only place worth heading to when you need them.
