The Kuru Worker is a level 50 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights. It lives only in Altgard, on the Asmodian side, where all 93 marked spots sit on Immortal Isle. With every one of them packed into a single area, Immortal Isle is the only place you need to go to farm them.

The nearest teleport statue is Remote Island, about 1260 m from Immortal Isle, so expect a fair walk before you reach the first group. Each kill guarantees Soul: Kuru Worker (Bound), and Spiritstone drops at 3.9%. Refining Stone comes in at 0.65% and the Rare Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16%. Shade and Phantasm armour pieces, including gloves, boots and cloaks, drop at 0.12% to 0.14%. Two repeatable Duty quests also send you there: Immortal Isle: Confrontation asks for 10 kills and Immortal Isle: Protecting the Weak asks for 15, and each rewards Abyss Points x1,000.
