The Lagta Brigade Seeker is a Normal-rank creature of level 43–45 found in the open world of Altgard, on the Asmodian side. All 8 of its marked spots are inside Lagta Fortress, so that is the only place to go when you need one. It attacks on sight, so expect fights to start as you get close rather than when you choose.
