The Lost Specter is a level 14 Normal-rank creature that roams the open world of Altgard, on the Asmodian side, and it will not attack you on sight. All 63 of its marked spots are in Nameless Cemetery, so that is the only place to look. Because every one of them is in a single area, you can clear several in a row without travelling far.

Back on the Scent, an Episode quest, needs 1 kill and pays 91,924 XP, Kina (Bound) x6,600 and an Old Mercenary Commander Helm.
