Meadow Sparkie is a level 18 Normal creature roaming the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your targets without being jumped while you move between them. Verteron holds 75 marked spots for it, split almost evenly between two areas along the Ellun River: Ellun River Midstream has 38 and Ellun River Meadow has 37. Midstream edges ahead on count and is the easier of the two to reach.
