Old Agrint is a level 44 creature of Normal rank that roams the open world and does not attack on sight, so you can choose when to engage. On the Elyos side it is found in Verteron, where all 33 of its marked spots are in the Garden of the Illusion God. With every spawn gathered in that one area, there is no reason to look for it anywhere else.

The nearest teleport statue is Pilgrim's Rest, about 230 m from the Garden of the Illusion God, which leaves only a short walk. Every kill drops a Soul: Agrint (Bound). Spiritstone drops at 3.9% and Refining Stone at 0.65%. Pieces of the Common Riverside set also turn up now and then: Riverside Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 0.27% each, Helm and Pauldrons at 0.21%, Greaves at 0.18% and Breastplate at 0.13%. Two Rare drops are worth watching for: Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Comet Gloves at 0.08%.
