The Outpost Probe is a level 19 Normal creature in the open world that attacks on sight. You will find it in Altgard on the Asmodian side, where all 26 of its marked spots sit in Sanctum Outpost. Every spawn is in that one area, so there is no reason to look anywhere else. Because it attacks on sight, expect it to engage you as soon as you come into range.
