The Peculiar Rock Spirit is a level 45 creature of Normal rank found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can choose when to engage rather than being dragged into fights as you pass. All 5 of its marked spots in Verteron are in the Garden of the Illusion God, which makes that area the only place worth heading to if you want to hunt it.
