The Plantation Kobold Quarry Worker is a level 40 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it does not attack on sight. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, where all 25 of its marked spots sit inside the Drana Cultivation Area. That makes the cultivation area the only place you need to go, and since the workers leave you alone until you strike first, you can clear them at your own pace.
