Pointbeak Airon is a level 18 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of Verteron, on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights without being pulled into them. All 14 of its marked spots in Verteron sit in Ellun River Midstream, which makes that one area the only place worth heading to when you want to hunt it.
