The Pond Starturtle is a level 39 Normal creature found in the open world of AION 2, and it won't attack on sight, so you can pick your fights. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, where all 33 of its marked spots sit in Kraka Footpath. With every spawn packed into that one area, Kraka Footpath is the only place worth heading to when you need them.
