Red Stalk Gravi is a level 44 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of AION 2. It does not attack on sight, so you can approach it and choose when to start a fight. On the Elyos side it lives in Verteron, and all 10 of its marked spots are in the Garden of the Illusion God, so that is the only area you need to visit.
