The Renegade Daeva Scout is a level 32 Normal-rank creature that roams the open world of Verteron on the Elyos side. All 14 of its marked spots in the region sit on Rock Tomb Hill, so that is the only place worth heading if you need them. It attacks on sight, which means you will be pulled into fights as soon as you walk into its range, but with every spawn packed into the one area you can move from scout to scout without much wandering.
