The Sensitive Crasaur is a level 29 creature of Normal rank that roams the open world and attacks on sight. In Altgard, on the Asmodian side, all 25 of its marked spots are in Purifying Forest, so that is the only area you need to visit. Its aggression is worth remembering if you are passing through underlevelled.

Teleport to the Healing Spring statue and walk about 180 m to reach the herd. Every kill drops Soul: Crasaur (Bound). Raw Leather drops at 3.9% and Refining Stone at 0.65%. Pieces of Phantasm gear drop at between 0.27% and 0.13%. Rarer finds include Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Chaos Gloves at 0.10%. Two quests send you here. Clean Water is a duty that needs 20 kills and pays 1,000 Abyss Points and 50,000 Kina (Bound). Festival Preparations: Purifying Forest I is a repeatable duty that needs 10 kills, so it is easy to complete alongside Clean Water on the same trip.
