The Soft Breeze Spirit is a level 26 Normal creature in the open world of AION 2, and it does not attack on sight, so you can approach and pick your fights at your own pace. On the Asmodian side it lives only in Altgard, where all 95 of its marked spots sit in the Purifying Forest, making that area the one place to hunt it.
Areas with Soft Breeze Spirit

The nearest teleport statue is Guide Rest Stop, about 120 m from the Purifying Forest, so the walk in is short. Every kill drops Soul: Lesser Wind Spirit (Bound), and Spiritstone comes in at 1.9%, with Refining Stone at 0.32% and pieces of the Phantasm set, such as the gloves, boots and cloak at 0.13% each, turning up rarely. Expert's Refining Stone at 0.08% and Chaos Gloves at 0.05% are the Rare drops.
