The Sura Test Subject is a level 43 Normal-rank creature found in the open world of Verteron on the Elyos side. It does not attack on sight, so you can pick your fights and pull them at your own pace. All 14 marked spots in Verteron sit within Nahid Brigade Fortress, which makes the fortress the only place worth heading when you need them, and the dense cluster keeps the hunting quick.
