The Tainted Vine Specter is a level 44 Normal-rank creature that roams the open world of Verteron on the Elyos side. All 23 of its marked spots sit in the Garden of the Illusion God, so that is the only area you need to visit. It does not attack on sight, which means you can move between groups and choose your pulls without being dragged into fights you did not start.
