The Tolbas Kuru Tinkerer is a Normal-rank creature of levels 26–45 that roams the open world in Verteron, on the Elyos side. All 40 of its marked spots sit in Eastern Tolbas Forest, so that one area is the only place you need to go. It does not attack on sight, which means you can move between groups and pick your fights without being pulled into extra ones.

Teleport to the Aullaeu Village Border statue, which is about 110 m from the forest. Every kill guarantees Soul: Kuru Tinkerer (Bound). Spiritstone comes in at 3.9% and Refining Stone at 0.65%. The Riverside armour pieces drop at between 0.13% and 0.27%, Expert's Refining Stone at 0.16% and Ethereal Gloves at 0.10%. Most trips here are for quests, though. All Work and No Play needs 10 kills and pays 4,044,724 XP, 100,000 Kina (Bound) and the Human Vitamin title. Noisy Neighbors needs 20 kills. Two repeatable duties also send you back, Festival Preparations: Eastern Tolbas Forest at 15 kills and Eastern Tolbas Forest Cleanup at 22.
